I know this may surprise you but drinking lemon water every morning has amazing health benefits! Lemons contain electrolytes which help to keep your body hydrated. If you drink the lemon water like a hot/warm tea, it helps your digestion. I'm not a doctor but I have been told that this fruit, filled with antioxidents can also strengthen your liver, helping to rid your body of toxins.
There are so many ways to use lemons, from your iced tea, to lemonade, to squeezing over fish and vegetables, just to name a few.
